Enterprise grade prioritisation
About Crest
Enterprise AR automation built for precision, flexibility and control at scale.
About Crest
Crest is developed and supported by Channel Digital Technologies, part of the wider Channel group.
Channel has been operating for over a decade in receivables finance and credit management, and is FCA regulated, ISO and Cyber Essentials accredited.
Crest itself was originally built to support large, multi-country operations managing complex invoice flows and funding structures. Over time it has evolved into a leading accounts receivable automated platform, designed to deliver end-to-end AR automation for modern finance teams. Purpose-built as AR automation for global businesses, Crest is a robust, production-grade platform processing millions of documents annually.
The team behind it combines deep domain knowledge in receivables finance with hands-on technical expertise, and the platform is hosted on AWS with enterprise-grade security and resilience built in from the ground up
The Mission
Crest is an enterprise invoice to cash platform built to do one thing exceptionally well: organise dunning and collections at scale with maximum precision, flexibility and control through end-to-end AR automation.
While many receivables platforms focus on feature breadth, Crest focuses on depth. It is designed for organisations with high invoice volumes, complex structures and globally distributed credit teams where simple rule-based chasing is no longer optimum.
Collections at scale require a personalised approach, delivered in an automated way – which in practice requires incredibly flexible dunning flows powered by enterprise AR automation.

How Crest Works
A focused solution for the most critical part of your AR process
The Control Layer
Crest sits after invoicing and before cash is received. It does not replace your ERP or payment systems. Instead, it acts as the control layer that determines how every invoice is chased, when action occurs, who owns it and when chasing must stop.
Data-Driven Engine
At the core of Crest is a fully data-driven dunning engine. Credit teams can design and adapt dunning flows using any data available to the business, not just predefined fields. Customer attributes, invoice characteristics, time from last contact or reply, risk signals, regional rules or custom values defined by the organisation can all be used to route, branch, pause or escalate collections activity.
Real-Time Visibility
Best practice flows can be reused globally or applied to specific customer segments while still allowing local nuance where required. This allows tone, timing, best practice and escalation paths to change based on real context.
FINANCE CONTROL
Precision Management for Receivables Finance
Crest is built for large organisations with complex receivables operations, providing the control, transparency and audit-ability needed to manage financial risk at scale
Eligibility Control:
With everything running through one platform, Crest provides real time visibility across the entire receivable estate. Overdue exposure, dispute status, risk concentration and collector activity are visible at global, regional or account level, with a complete audit trail of every action and communication.
Real-Time Visibility:
Crest is built for organisations that already have systems, data and scale. It does not try to do everything. It focuses on depth, flexibility and execution in the part of the process where cash is actually won or lost.
